Last weekend we all went back hometown to have a celebration of 9 Emperor 九皇大帝千秋宝诞.Yishion was so excited to go back even 1 week before he already keep on asking this and that. Of course we did say some thing to recall him back the year before when he was only in the age of 2.Surprisingly, he could really remember all those ceremony and the most memorable is the wearing that need to dress up on that day---white shirt,white pants with white head band on it.
I was so happy and enjoyed with those little kids especially the overjoyed Yishion on that day.They keep on eye with those "new" things in their life such as the person who was playing with the drum and cymbal, dragon dance and of course the favorite show for Yishion was lion dance.
When those people start to move on to go to "welcome" the 9 emperor, we choose to go with the lorry with Guan yin god, Yishion,Jerene and Natalie (Yishion's cousin) both go with excited feelings.At 1st, Jerene was so scared because for her this event is such a new and scary things. But after sometime when he saw her GOGO was so happy with that then only she enjoyed it.
The 2nd day for the event was 1st day of September (Lunar Calender), the temple held a performance for Cantonese Orchestra. The event is my grandmother's favorite show those day and we decided to follow her to watch it. Of course, little yishion was too curious to ask for the show.We keep on saying that is a 大戏 as he taught that will be the performance with big TV. After the show start, he keep on asking where is the TV?? As we explain to him only he keep quiet and starring at the stage. At night, we decided to went to the temple before we move back to KL. He was so happy to go again to the temple until when we need to move as it was already late, I can feel that Yishion was not willing to go back but he got no choice as we were all need to work and studied the next day.
